中国国投国际贸易有限公司(简称“国投贸易”)是国家开发投资集团有限公司(简称“国投集团”)全资子公司，是国投集团参与“一带一路”倡议、服务国计民生的平台，是国投集团贸易业务投资运营的发展平台。

China SDIC International Trade Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as SDIC Trade) is a wholly-owned subsidiary as well as a platform for international trade of the State Development and Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as SDIC). It is affiliated to the SDIC’s financial services and other services industry segments, one of the three strategic business units of the SDIC.
Founded in 1984, SDIC Trade has a registered capital of 2.06 billion RMB, total asset of 19.6 billion RMB, annual revenue of nearly 45 billion RMB, and international trade volume of over US>2.5billion. SDIC Trade has 21 wholly-owned or holding subsidiaries.
