承德宏安商贸有限责任公司成立于2007年7月，法定代表人：吴长福。公司下设办公室、财务部、采购部、销售部、外贸部、物流部6个部门，员工20余人，部门负责人均具有大学学历。
我公司主营业务为高钛渣、钛精矿以及相关的进出口业务，兼营钛板、钒铁、独居石、生铁、铁精粉等业务。目前控股三个高钛渣生产工厂，分别为位于河北省承德市平泉县的承德福鑫钛合金制造有限公司、位于内蒙古苏尼特右旗朱日和工业园区的苏尼特右旗蒙达冶炼有限责任公司和苏尼特右旗宏宇钛业有限公司，三个工厂高钛渣年生产3.6万吨，其原材料钛精矿年用量7.2万吨。

Chengde Hongan Commerce and Trade Co., Ltd. was founded in Jul. 2007, the legal representative: Mr. Wu Changfu. The company consists of 6 departments which are office, finance, purchase, sales, international trade, logistics. We have more than 20 staffs, departments have a university degree.
The main business scope of our company covers: titanium slag, ilmenite and relevant import and export business, concurrently running the titanium plate, ferrovanadium, monazite, pig iron, iron ore and other business. Currently we hold three titanium slag factory, one is Chengde Fuxin Titanium Alloy Manufacture Co., Ltd which is located in Pingquan county, Chengde city of Hebei province, the other two are Sonid Right Banner Mengda Smelting Co., Ltd and Sonid Right Banner Hongyu Titanium Co., Ltd which are both located in Zhurihe industrial park, Sonid Right Banner, Inner Mongolia province. The annual output of titanium slag of the three factory is 36000 tons, and the annual consumption of ilmenite which is the raw material of titanium slag is 72000 tons.
