福建亮晶晶新材料有限公司成立于2016年8月，位于福建省南平市邵武市金塘工业园区，占地面积96亩。前身为杭州熔焦化工有限公司，核心团队从事乳液生产研发近20年。公司是一家集研发、生产、销售、服务为一体的国家级高新技术企业。主要产品有羧基丁苯胶乳（SBR）、丁腈胶乳(NBR)、PVDC乳液、丙烯酸乳液、丙烯酸树脂及其他化工产品。公司拥有年产6000吨丙烯酸树脂、2万吨PVDC乳液、5万吨丙烯酸乳液、5万吨丁腈胶乳和10万吨丁苯胶乳的生产能力，配置了先进的生产设备、检测设备、自动化控制系统以及完善的安全、环保设施。

Fujian Liangjingjing New Material Co., Ltd. is located in Xingling Pingtai,Phase III of Jintang Industrial Park, Shaowu City, Fujian Province, covering an area of about 200 mu and holding an initial investment of RMB 133 million. It is a modern high-tech enterprise specializing in R&D, production, sales and service of coating auxiliary agent, finishing agent, surface active agent, polyurethane resin and other chemical products.Our planned annual output in Phase I is 6000 tons of acrylic resin, 50,000 tons of acrylic emulsion and 100,000 tons of styrene-butadiene latex, and the planned annual output in Phase II is 100,000 tons of acrylic emulsion, 150,000 tons of styrene-butadiene latex, 100,000 tons of polyurethane resin, 30,000 tons of surface active agent.
