东平开元机械制造有限公司始建于1996年10月，2003年在东平县工业园区建设了占地33亩的厂区，2010年又建设了现址厂区。目前公司拥有两片厂区，总占地150余亩，建筑面积6万平方米。是一家集矿山设备研发、制造、销售为一体的实体企业。
公司坐落在风景秀丽的泰山脚下，东平湖畔，东平县城经济开发区内。东临泰山，西依黄河，南与孔孟故里曲阜相望。公司紧邻105、220国道，济荷高速公路，地理位置优越，交通便利。
公司现有国内先进大型数控镗铣两台、大型数控龙门镗铣床一台，大型数控立车3台，数控切割机2套，其他各类铣床、钻床、刨床、磨床40余台套；能加工生产各类大型机件，加工精度高，能满足各类大型机械设备的加工制造要求。拥有德国进口光谱仪一台和其他各类先进的检测工具。生产车间布局合理、宽敞明亮，配备各类吊装、装运设施，自动化程度高。
公司主要生产“佳富”牌系列矿山设备。，产品主要包括颚式破碎机、反击式破碎机、圆锥式破碎机、锤式破碎机、冲击式破碎机、筛分机、喂料机、制砂机、洗砂机及移动破碎站等设备。也可根据客户需求定制特殊机型。产品多样，经营方式灵活，技术力量雄厚，产品畅销全国各地，远销至朝鲜、韩国、蒙古、俄罗斯、哈萨克斯坦、乍得、老挝、越南、安哥拉、尼日利亚等国家。
